An 19 inch wheel thread was started, but since some are dedicating slicks or semi slicks for their 18 inch wheels for track use this thread will be directed to see what custom specs will work.

Great idea separating the threads.

I spec'd out 18x9.5" front and 18x11" rears

Based on simulated measurements I anticipate I will lose 6mm of steering lock. The inner barrel will hit the UCA 6mm before we reach full steering lock.

I also anticipate the front brake line holder bolts to the UCA will also hit the barrel. That that will need to be relocated.

I will post updates once I have actuals.

Also, so that there are no assumptions, rear parking brake has to be relocated or indexed inwards to run 18s in the rear - accomplished by running Darkworks design PBR

What ET are you planning to spec for the 18*9.5 fronts and 18*11 rears? Is your Emira a V6 or a Turbo?

Thanks for creating a specific thread for this topic!

Are you using slicks? If so, which brand, diameter and width? What are your wheel offsets, widths, etc?
depends on what is available when i buy...
CRS v2/RE-rz are the tires im planning on running. Still waiting on stock to come back on CRS since its been on my try list for some time.

I’m trying to decide which company to use to make my wheels. How did you decide on this company?
Any else have brand or suggestions because I would love to get 18 inch magnesium wheels?
I will go with forged if too pricey

a few of us have tested this manufacturers forged wheels as well as a few others.
I can have some mag wheels made for around 4.5-5k a set.

Looking good. How wide and what offset have you gone with (V6 or I4)?

Any custom design required for clearance?
18x9.5 +60mm
18x11 +49mm

I have a V6.

John had to work around the clearances to make things fit well for the front. Rear was vanilla with Darkworks PBR.

My BSPK 18" wheels are shipping as well. John just sent me this

Rear concavity looks great! Can't wait to get them on. Will post a detailed review once it arrives.

@John @ BSPK
Are these the "Zuri" on their website? Been watching this design as it's a spin on a Rays' design I like. Please post the final weights of front and back when you get them.

Yes, they're the "Zuri". Will do.

Once you get more negative camber, the wheels need more offset than you’d imagine. The attached images are with factory wheels with 12mm spacers and a little over -3degs on the front and about -3degs on the rear (CNC upper control arms).

Going wider (as you did on the front) is the way, to avoid going too far away from the factory ET I’d say.
