Welp, it looks like Mishimoto isn't interested at the moment. 😔

I had that come up 2 days ago in Sport Mode, a day after I had just gotten the car back from my dealer. Cleared it and is hasn't come back yet. I do remember getting it a few months ago as well. I just received another round of software updates on my V6 so I'm surprised it came back up again.

I sent an email inquiry to Mishimoto, since their FAQ did state that from time to time, they fulfill requests for specific models not yet listed in the product range. Will report if I hear anything back.

I'd also be interested in finding out how best to remove them for future reference. It'd be great I really think Lotus missed an opportunity (or is perhaps holding back for future release) for a carbon fiber version, or even an illuminated version.

I wonder if the tweeters will make a noticeable difference in the sound quality. I have a '24 model, and the general consensus has been that the KEF is pretty lackluster, which I tend to agree with.

You raise a good point; design-wise I think it'd look much nicer if it covered the entire triangular area around the base of the mirror stalk, much like the ones being sold for the Mk5 Supra.

Sorry that I can't provide an answer but, I just wanted to chime in that I've had a washer without a screw/bolt fall from my driver's side of the dash onto the floormat, and that puzzled me as well.

I've always noticed this about mine from day 1, along with the fact that the buttons don't lock in very tight. I've got Witamats installed over them so it doesn't bother me so much anymore.

I live in Whittier, mostly grew up in Hacienda Heights (I know technically it's really Southeast LA, but close enough lol)

I have the great misfortune of living in East LA, and lemme tell ya, most of the non-car-enthusiast types around here seem like the type of people that would never know the acronym can mean something entirely different than the one that first pops in their minds 😅

I have a V6 auto and mostly use Sport mode, but once I get my Emira back from service (I'm not sure how long that'll take) I'll do some testing see if I have the same issue.

I still remember my first time switching to Sport Mode after crossing 1K. Absolutely majestic. Grats!

Any carbon fiber options? I didn't buy any of the existing CF covers because they're just an entire layer over the stock one, and I'd prefer something that leaves the text and lines exposed or in a different color.

Coincidentally, I heard a pop as I was getting out of my car yesterday around that spot too. I ended up sitting back in my seat and trying to feel for broken parts beneath the seat or any structural weaknesses on the left side of the seat, but couldn't find anything noticeable (yet).

It should be this I removed one just to help out with the reference, since I'm also missing one. Normally there's 4 on the lower cover and 4 on the upper one. There's no part number stamped on it either.

Just wanted to add a report that mine has the same issue. I just let it slide but I noticed it in the garage Day 1 after driving it home from the dealer. For me it's the driver's side that sticks out a little but the passenger side is perfect.

Bought this months ago from GRP but I drive a V6 auto so I found out these don't even fit my Emira. Still brand new in box, and these are the yellow Street version. $45 if you live in SoCal and I can deliver it in person, $50 if you live further and I need to ship it. EDIT: Sold!
