Yes! They are on permanently. I only have a comparison of one on and one off in the video from inside the garage.

My covers were delivered today but I’m out of town. I’ll put them on (without sticking them on) and record some videos pressing down the brakes, indicators, etc and post it here. Ordered from Amazon so once I do that I’ll see if they are a keeper or a return.

My guess would be if you don’t have a 3rd cat delete, and valve controller install, then maybe you can hear something? But even before I did those things, I could t hear it. And there’s definitely no way for a synthetic sound to replicate and randomize burbles and pops like the decat and valve...
