Really appreciate the updates. It takes time to post and helps those waiting on their cars to get an idea of what issues to expect, the ease or difficulty of the fix, and last but not least, the enjoyment one gets from owning and driving an Emira.

It is going to be a blast to drive and it looks outstanding. Despite Lotus’s attempts to distract one from those two key points with all the execution issues, those are it for me.

Sorry to see that. I don’t live in the UK and don’t know what the roads are like but man that sucks. Would hope that the clear coat would offer more protection than it is. Thanks for sharing and posting your experiences with the new car. Great spec by the way.

Just saw this older thread and wanted to congratulate you on the garage work. Looks great and quite the transformation. Now you just need the car to get here!

Had a couple of 60 degree sunny days here recently and was able to take my Spyder out for some ride time that helped ease the frustration of the delays, etc. Hopefully you get some good weather soon in Toronto to do the same. On the bright side, it will be good to see the new colors...

Thanks to @GatorMotorsport for the email update. I am not crazy about the delay and issues but it makes it easier knowing I have a competent, customer oriented dealer in my backyard to help with any issues that may arise.

I am well aware that “in the fall” could mean fall of 2024 and beyond…… 😂😂😂

What color Spyder and what’s your planned Emira spec? I am either going Hethel Yellow or Magma Red, black alcantara with corresponding stiching, no black pack, silver wheels, black calipers (maybe yellow with magma). Unless one of the new base colors catches my eye.
