Pick "Pay Shipping Later". They will come back with an estimate. Mine ended up being $23.08, which seems about right according to their "shipping calculator" at the top of the page. At least gives you the flexibility to decline if they come back with ridiculous shipping rates.

And DHL just sent notice the expected delivery date is August 6, which would make it 8-days from ordering. If the switches are physically good I’d say it’s a reliable source. Total cost with shipping to U.S. is $210.40.

So verified it has been shipped on DHL. Also, was sent a 20% off coupon for my next purchase so if the switches are good I’ll pass it along to the next person. So far so good.

Yikes is right. I did find some legitimate reviews where the complaints were just slow shipping. I did use PayPal (and Amex) so can amend if it’s a scam. The shipping price didn’t seem unreasonable. Will provide updates

Not a big update but adding this detail. I chose the $6 shipping, DHL came back and said minimum was $23. No big deal, but seems to indicate it’s being shipped.

Given it's a six-digit car, not really a huge spread in costs or mileage. Find the one spec'd to your liking and make an offer of what you think is fair. Not certain I would quibble too much over a few thousand - just make sure its the right one.

Well if anyone is buying a new one, Lotus sent many of us a $3,000 discount that can be passed along to anyone. As I don't need a second Emira, will gladly pass it along. Note it may be worthless as I didn't read the fine print. I'm certain others will share if it can be of any help.

Also from the contract language you provided, the dealer cannot simply say he sustained “damages”. Damages have to be proven, and unless they suffered financial loss (which they didn’t) they can’t collect anything from you. This should be a slam dunk. Agree with others - post the name so...

I think the easy basis for claiming dealer breach of contract is that you ordered a 2025 model, and they could not deliver one. A 2026 is not a 2025 and is more expensive. A simple letter from an attorney will likely get your money refunded.
