Can’t agree more. Lost my rag with Lotus CC yesterday. I’ve told them that they need to get the PPF approved and do something different to what they’ve been doing as it’s now beyond ridiculous. They’ve promised to come back to me with “options to get the car sorted ASAP”

Bang for buck, when I’ve upgraded the audio in previous cars, the biggest improvement comes from sound deadening.

Just google ‘show plates’ and you’ll find plenty of options for size, shape, lettering etc.

No the PPF was installed before the car was sent for the warranty work. Lotus Colchester have confirmed that the PPF is “all over the car”. Lotus were the owners for the first 430 miles. Auto100had the car for 3 days and said they didn’t install any PPF, and I had the car for 6 days and...

Well, the comedy of errors continues… Lotus Colchester have just told me that they’ve had to remove PPF from some of the panels of my car and that they’ll need a receipt from me, for the PPFinstallation, so that they can claim it from Lotus warranty and apply new PPF…….only problem is, I didn’t...

I will never use Adrian Flux again. It’s a long story, but they lied to me when I came to renew my insurance with them. I asked to go back and listen to the recording of the original call but they said they couldn’t do that and denied they’d said what they’d said.

Mine went to the dealer on the back of a truck, so I didn’t add ‘dealer trips’ to my mileage. Apart from driving it back from the garage I purchased it from, I’ve added about 30 miles in 4 months. Actually it was 30 miles in one morning and it’s been at the dealers for three and a half months……
