ADAS pods will be fitted to all i4 FEs. First batch cars will only get limited functionality, which does include road sign recognition but other elements including adaptive cruise control are all TBC. Later cars will have more features.

In the UK you can’t wait till you get to the front of the line and then go into a holding pattern, you have to take the slot or drop out. I assume some dealers in the US may operate a similar approach, as they have to submit a preliminary order to Lotus when you place your deposit. I’m not sure...
