I've bought a few cars off BaT. I learned my lesson the hard way. In general I'd say it's a dumping ground for shit. I've had better luck with later model cars. But for the most part undisclosed issues and inflated prices are the norm over there.

I really don't get what your saying. How is BaT a "forced sale"? It's an auction site with millions of potential bidders. The car has a reserve. IMO, BaT is the true arbitor of real value rather than a price placed on by a seller or dealer on a standard classified site like Cars.com

Yes. They received four cars from the 3/29 boat. My car was on that boat but was not one of the four they received.
