Yep, I did. Comes out good in the back and a little wonky in the front (4mm). That's right on the edge of acceptable for the fronts.

I'm keeping my fingers crossed that some lucky contestants may yet see cars this year, but 2 weeks sounds early. I do know that Emira training for US dealer techs is scheduled, which is a very good sign that Lotus US must think we'll see them in the not too distant future.

As long as the flap is actually open under load or at high rpm it should be fine. The problem occurs when you're pushing the engine and the valve stays closed. It's designed to open regardless of driving mode to prevent too much backpressure.

Was your error occurring with the flap open or closed, or both?

You are correct for the light emitting markers. But the US requires reflectors that must reflect in amber, so they are going to be pretty visible as an amber strip in the headlight module or a hideous reflector probably glued to the wheel arch.

The changes you could make, as well as the timeframe for making changes was limited. I made one small change without issue.

Does the Emira have the baffled oil pan like the Evora GT? The rubber flaps have to be replaced at 2 years, I believe. Could be one reason it seems high.
