Oh yeah agree I mean "approved" versus physically posted to the CARB site. I doubt Dallas is applying CARB stickers waiting for a doc to show up on a website. I'm sure once they know from Lotus they have approval they're out the door.

Unless they mean, the first few weeks and they release them within the next 14-21 days (holding true to the email). So my guess is the email is completely accurate and they will be delivered within the next 2-3 weeks (I was hoping this week they were releasing them, but it's Thursday and CARB...

That doesn't sound too bad. My full frontal PPF quote from a really top notch shop is $1950 (way better than my Lotus dealer who wants $4,900 for just frontal). So you getting frontal and ceramic for $4,300 seems pretty decent.

First one is 2.0 with vivid red (not mine). Rest is magma red (mine). I was 99% confident in my choices going in, but seeing it in-person put me at 100%. Seeing the red paint across the whole body makes it looks great. Black calipers go great with helping the red stand out too.

Yeah I agree. I get the dealers standpoint they're working with what they got. On our end there's no point in repeatedly beating up Lotus corporate over how horrible this has all been, but it's also fun to help pass the time at how horrible they continue to make it 😅
