Yes it increases the cabin noise for sure. But, many folks feel like it’s the perfect amount of noise for a sports car. Loud enough without being obnoxious. And yes that’s the drawback. Because it’s louder it takes away from the super charger whine. You can still hear it, just less than before

Hell yeah it can be done on ramps. I’ve done 2 oil changes on the Emira thus far. Make sure you get that angled funnel too. Makes it so much easier to pour in the new oil

Generally you should do a brake fluid flush every 2 years or so but most folks are doing it earlier if you track the car

They do the same exact things but the hard buttons are sooo much better. No more accidentally pausing songs or pressing an unintended button

Yeah that’s right. To be clear too, it was tight fit on my Evora GT. No idea if the battery tray is exactly the same for the Emira. Assuming yes given the rest of the car though

Not impossible just very tight. The most annoying part was when I had to do work on the car, you can’t just disconnect the negative terminal as it’s too tight. You need to unbolt the tray the battery it sits on etc

How did this work out for you, did you bleed the clutch first before the brakes? I’ve been reading up on this and it looks like in earlier Evoras you needed to access the nipple from underneath and was a complete pain. Seems like this is as easy as reaching into the engine compartment...

Installed these pads a few hundred miles ago and they are legit. They have a progressive brake feel, definitely less grabby and much less dust than the OEM pads.

Oh man I hope it’s not the problems that the Evora faced with the window regulator. That regulator went out in earlier evoras and was costly to find that regulator. When I had my Evora I had the same thing. Window would have a mind of its own until it finally gave out. Worst case scenario is it...

Good idea on the thread. I’ve thought about the exact same thing. I suspect that MOST owners have a garage and don’t let the car get wet (likely because they don’t daily it). My hunch is that if you leave the car outside, high probability it will experience paint issues

Doesn’t every single car manufactur warranty expire after about 3 years? If your dealer doesn’t offer extended warranty then just consider going through a third party.

I had my o2 sensors and cats replaced for CELs to at I was getting for o2 sensors when I first got my car. The o2 sensors are Chinese junk!!

You literally pop out the light in like 5 seconds with a small screw driver. Like others have said no need to take off the door panel

No, mine wasn’t loose it fit nicely but I heard other forum members get loose ones. I think I remember them saying the crumbled up something around the trim so it fit more tightly.
