Id start with removing the spacers and longer lugs first and going back to stock setup. That'll pinpoint if its the spacer setup or need to look at the lowering sleeves installation next.

Were the vibrations there before the spacers and lowering sleeves is the main question. If not something was probably not done correctly.

I'd check to make sure none of your adhesive weights haven't fallen off a wheel. There should be a clean spot or residue. Also check wheel bolts torque (prob not that) If those ok Id take to the dealer and have them balance check each wheel (assume they can do that). Then harder things to check...

The main reason I bought the Emira was because it had a manual available. Can't imagine paying that to convert a manual to an auto on the Emira.
