Can someone tell me if this is normal? My car vibrates more when I turn the AC on at complete stop. It bothers me to the point where I do not want to turn the AC even when it's close to 90 in socal.

Hello 👋 do I need to install milltek controller in order to have decat installed? Or can I just install the decat itself? And if so, why is everyone installing the controllers along with the decat pipe?
