Yep, Base V6 and i4 order will open for the rest of the world and the Turbo SE will be released. Sucks to be those that have the Turbo with 360hp.

Met up with another i4 owner yesterday after another drive down to Santa Cruz (trying to get through break in ASAP) but then I went up Hwy 1 to Pacifica for the meet. Nice to get a chance to drive an i4 with sport suspension and cup 2.

US owner 250 miles, Have not experience this. Do you have a dashcam? if you do, you can probably find the recording and show it to the service people.

Thanks. I did check the A45 manual beforehand it say no SPort+ and Race but Sport is OK and I do keep it easy on the throttle.

Looks like a V6 Base and they should all arrive by Aug 2025 or earlier. Having a VIN usually means that your car have entered the production line in which case, you'll probably see in Apr/May.

I would definitely contact your dealer and ask them to run you VIN against the update records.

That may not be the update for the delay as the delay is not in the TCU as there's no such delay on the A45s. It's the Slow Geely OS and whatever software datapath that they use that causes the delay and it looks like they finally managed to streamline it

That part was never in the UK (UK manual was just no track and constant over 4K) manual so it's just added for all the crazies in the US 😁 but I hear you, I have it in sport once in a while but I never go pass 1/2 throttle. Can't wait to see what happen after breakin

When did you pick yours up. 1st batch of cars arrived around Jan 25th in the west coast. I did not pick mine up till Feb 11th and the dealer did mentioned that they did a 2+ hours software update before I picked it up but someone I know picked his up on Jan 25th from another dealer in the area...
