Same. It definitely felt a bit slower than my M2 Comp which was 200kg heavier and 405bhp and I didn't think that was particularly fast, especially in manual guise. It's fast enough for the road for sure, but the way it delivers the power is not very exciting. I'm sure a 3rd cat delete and remap...

Saw pics of the black and red alcantara interior today and had a long moment of sadness that I won't now be sitting there. Looked very smart. Especially with Nimbus. And my red calipers would have finished it off a treat 😓

The irony is if they had charged 5k more for the Emira to have the Evoras seats and analogue gauges I'd probably be paying it and still taking delivery 😅

That's the rub though in my humble opinion. The Emira is a great car. An awesome car even IF you have other better cars in the garage. As a one car does it all though it probably is a 7. Which IS good and highly enjoyable, just not game changing or class leading

I think the issue may be that they tried to lower the seating position purely by removing the foam from the seat base, rather than address the bigger issue

I fear a Geely intervention to make them less driver focussed and appeal more to the masses.

Dealers aren't supposed to be able to accept cars/buy cars within 12 months... if what I heard is correct. They all go back through BCA or the owner has to sell to a third party dealer/privately Seems very controlling and not much meat on the bone for dealers to still consider being dealers...

A continued partnership with Sparco would have been the ideal surely. And adds value. The production seats have to be a cost consideration. Just a shame they didn't offer a cost option on a more sporty Sparco or Recaro. Sure it will come eventually mind.

Mine was same date. Checkout email Monday so would presume a mid Jan delivery rather than the previous related Nov build Dec delivery. Still not bad though
