Very interesting and coincidentally I watched it this morning. This is all speculation as lotus could have gone a number of ways but not useless speculation as there are lots of options open now. By going the route they did they created a larger market for the Emira, which in itself opens up...

The Emira appears at a corner ("YouTube corner" as it's known...) where you have to commit and not lift off or you are in trouble in a mid-engined car - dozens of YouTube videos feature what happens when you get it wrong here, Emira driver looks like he trusts the car and knows what he's doing.

The factory collection experience is only £200 extra and that includes lunch and a £50 voucher for the shop, so net cost about £120 - excellent value, can't recommend it highly enough, the incomparable Scott Walker being a large part of the experience of course!

I'll keep them coming! DV shows off the shape more than I thought due to how it reflects light, especially the sky - you can see the contrast in the nose to nose shots. Agree it looks more planted, the nimbus having the advantage of looking leaner so its a trade off.

Yes, very good point - there are no "bad" colours or specs. You have me excited in anticipation of this car getting even better! NC500 would be a hoot, did it in the Vantage about 5 years ago. Emira would be even better. Some gratuitous Vantage NC 500 pics below.
