12mm kits should be ready in about 2-3 weeks. They will be available in an anodized black like the current 10mm ones are done in.

With 5/6mm spacers you have enough of the factory hub protruding that you don’t have to worry about centering.

It does need to be unplugged but it’s a basic flat electrical plug that sits behind the airbag inside the wheel. Easy peasy 👍🏻

As @Porter mentioned with 10mm spacers you do lose the "spigot" for hanging the wheel on during install so some extra care has to be taken when tightening things up. With that said we have found that is not something a lot of guys have the patience for so we are going to start offering 12mm...

The airbag needs to be removed to access the screws to swap the switches. Its a super easy 2 minute job to remove the airbag once the battery is disconnected --just two spring clips presses and it pops right out.

You need to disconnect the battery first, then once that is done you can unplug the airbag and not have any worries about the airbag light coming on. Only way that can happen is if its disconnected while the battery is connected.

I could have specified, sorry. You just need to remove the airbag and then you will have access to two small torx screws that hold each button ably in place. Once those are removed the buttons will pull outward, unplug and you can swap them out.

These are like the current buttons with a satin type finished button surface and a glossy black surround trim.

In 19" front and rear? Those would come in right about 19.5-20lbs for the front and 20.5-21lbs for the rear. The 19" listed weight on our site is from a set of 18/19 we did for our 3-Eleven.

The wheel does have to come off to fit them up. We will have a wheel removal doc posted on our site under the custom wheels page later today if you want to check it out for reference on what needs to be done. Its a pretty simple 1-1.5hr job.

This has been a long time "safety" thing that Lotus does in the tuning of the ECU. In the Elise,Exige and Evora there is a soft limiter built in until the engine is up to temp, same goes for the Emira. It will limit power/timing until the engine is up to temp.

We will be doing a baseline dyno next week on the shop car during our intake shootout. When we go back again we will do another one with the titanium exhaust installed. We dont have that scheduled yet but it will hopefully be soon!

Doing all of the variations you mentioned on the dyno wont really be feasible in one trip since the exhaust cant be swapped on the dyno like the intake/filters can. Next week I think we will do our runs with totally stock exhaust, drop in filters and both intakes. Then schedule another...

The factory intake is sealed up nearly the same way but has drain holes as well so its a non issue imo.

You will want to discuss it with your dealer.

There is definitely still the overrun crackle and burble there but maybe not as much at higher rpms like @Nova mentioned.

Moving the lower spring perch position down in no way would require going to a higher spring rate. Lotus themselves did this same thing but with circlip positioning between the S1, S2 and GT Evora's.

More Ti systems will be ready in about two weeks!

Dyno day is scheduled for the 31st. We have the annual Hot August Nights car event coming up here in town so all of the performance shops are slammed with work right now getting cars ready which put us way out on scheduling.

Not sure I follow on this, you dont change spring rates anytime you adjust a coilover do you?

We only offer the decat pipes in stainless currently. Aside from weight I dont really see any benefit of titanium at the decat pipe. Regardless though you would have two different materials, either at the muffler intlet or at the decat pipe to midpipe flange, it wont cause any issues either way.

Just brand really. They are both a bolt in straight pipe that achieves the same thing. Millteks are made in the UK while ours are made here in Reno NV.

Forgot to ask @Eagle7 did they not log AFR's? We will when we do our runs to see the effect on those from each intake setup. @LuckysDad Filter swap isnt too bad, there are three torx screws that have to be removed that are the biggest pain of the whole swap.
