The third cat is unmonitored and wont/cant cause a CEL. The only way the car would fail a check is if an inspector was savvy enough to look for the third cat through the mesh of the rear diffuser which in my experience 99/100 of them are not. They just do the plug in obd check and go on...

We do yes, they are listed on our site! The display gets power from from inside the wheel and gets info transmitted wirelessly via bluetooth from a dongle that plugs into the obd port. It works pretty well -- its not Ferrari wheel rev display fast but its pretty good.

I test fit and confirmed 100% that 18" wheels will not fit over the parking brake, 19" wheels will have plenty of clearance though. 18's barely rub the outer edge of it.

These are oem sizing and offset as spec'd by the customer. I totally failed and didnt weight them prior to getting the tires mounted. Doh!

Save your money and just replace with stock parts or heads if there was that much damage which it doesnt sound like there was. If you are trying to eek every bit of hp out of the car for track use then sure, do a long block or built internals but otherwise the factory long block will live at...

When installing I prefer to leave the assembly together as we ship it and spin it onto the cable so there is no risk of dropping the bolt out of the short shifter body etc. Thread it onto the cable, place it onto the bellcrank and check the shifter positioning -- remove and loosen or tighten...

As mentioned above, I do the same and adjust it visually by looking through the rear window at the shifter and then verify by sitting in the car and giving it a little test before locking everything down. Having the shifter in the 100% exact position isn't critical but you want it as close...

The valve controller remains the same for the I4 as it does for the V6 cars so we have that covered already. Exhaust is getting loaded onto the site asap and I will work on making a oem decat replacement as well for guys who want to keep the stock muffler.

Milltek UK and US dont have a decat listed for the I4 cars yet, just the muffler kit (adding to our site shortly) We just received in our first I4 muffler, decat, high flow third cat and high flow downpipe if you are interested. I should have it on the website tomorrow. If the demand is there...

Exhaust on the I4 cars is all different. If Milltek makes it we can get it for you but I don’t believe anything is available from them in the U.S. yet except the valve controller. I can double check Monday though 👍🏻 Our own in house Exhaust kit is coming soon though also.

^ This. Do not mount it behind the license plate. Take the time to run the wires along the bottom edge of the diffuser trim and mount it over in the wheel well cavity. With three little carefully placed zip ties you can’t see the wires once everything is bolted back up.

I would start with what Kitkat has mentioned above. Verify all surfaces are clean or clean them well and reinstall. The hubcentric spacers should have no chance of vibration, if this started out of the blue after running them for a month or two it may be something wheel weight related.

I’d recommend getting a new gasket. The factory one is a one time use type piece. Email us and we can add it on there for you so you don’t have any extra shipping. 👍🏻

For a street driven car losing the rake isnt a big deal but if you are canyon driving, tracking etc I would recommend keeping the rake front to rear, on our track car we actually add in an additional 5-10mm of rake during suspension setup, it helps with the handling more than you might think.

Yep, that was a poor design by Lotus to not be able to just remove those tips from the backside of the bumper! The job seems much worse than it really is though, few fasteners, unplug the wiring and it pops right off.
