This is really poor from Lotus, reading this and other similar experiences makes me question myself. The problem I have is I don’t see an alternative car currently on the market. When you receive your refund would you look at another Emira and hope for a better vehicle or move away from the brand

As someone being messed around by Lotus cars it’s not so much this end of the used market I find interesting but the under 100mile cars. Look at the saving here, main dealer, 20miles for under 70, instantly saving 18k

Hopefully you will. Of the original released colours Shadow was my personal favourite, I decided to wait until the second batch of colours were released before ordering. I opted for Zinc grey and I’m still waiting after my Q1 2024 was postponed. Im sure it’ll come good for you.

I believe that no one really knows what Lotus are planning on future models, in a conversation with CS on Friday I kinda got the impression they would like me to cancel my delayed FE order or buy a pre-configured cancelled order. I locked in before last years price increase but now they won’t...

My other question is, is there a colour that is bubbling worst that others, is it more metallics than solid colour

These issues really need addressing quickly. If I ever receive my order(Lotus trying their upmost to make sure it doesn’t happen) I was planning on wrapping or PPF the car what happens when/if it needs replacing am I going to end up pulling the paint off.

i was going to do the 3 service pack, cosmetic and alloy wheel protection. The cosmetic and alloy wheel hopefully I will never use but I’d prefer to have them just in case.

They may have already stopped for good who knows, customer service has been great for me personally but I feel they don’t know what’s happening. On two separate occasions they have told me Lotus is committed to completing the First Edition V6 orders in 2025 one stated it might be sooner

They’ve been trying to pass one of those off onto me, they’re flexible on price.

Oh well looks like I won’t be parting with any money then, I was told twice by CS that final orders of First Edition V6 would be completed in 2025.

Lotus need to sort this asap. If a factory return is the option then a replacement courtesy Emira is required as correction to your car my take some time…..its the least than can do and Im sure they have plenty of orphaned stock to give you.

Customer service are making noises that I won’t see the car now until 2025 or 2026 by which time I can’t believe they will still be making First Editions or they will honour the locked in price as previous told. Interestingly I keep seeing orphaned i4s appear on Lotus website that nobody seems...
