I wonder if this may backfire more than thought. China may swoop in and strike a tempting deal with allies and claim/make up for any possible lost US market share.

For sure, I’m totally nervous and hoping enough ass kissing happens so Trump excludes the UK from any tarrifs. Guy seems to respond well to flattery. We’ll find out “soon” 😂

Emailed my dealer and they said my MSRP is locked and not to worry about tarrifs. We’ll see 🤷🏽‍♂️

My dealer said my car is “locked in production”. I assume that means it is currently being built, but no VIN provided yet.

I’m considering reaching out to my dealer also. Order accepted by lotus 11/18 so should be in production or getting there soon. Haven’t touched base with them since order locked/accepted.

Nice! I wonder if this means base V6 production now beginning. Lotus accepted my order 2 months after yours. Good to see some of us are seeing progress.

No just about a year ago now. Really glad I was able to get an allocation with all the buzz about the V6 going away soon

Has anyone taken delivery of their shadow grey Emira? Can we see some photos? I live in socal so lots of sunshine. Most videos/photos online seem to have been taken in low light conditions, cloud cover or indoors.

Yeah for sure, definitely did. I told Zach I was sold at FE1 despite not being the exact spec I wanted, but at the new price it’s not worth it. I’m ok with paying at FE2, even a bit more, but it’s got to be my exact spec at that price point. We’ll see how it plays out.

I received the same email. Also selected “i don’t know”, sooner better than later but my dealer said I’m in the queue for an allocation but the amount of allocations they get monthly varies greatly so anyone’s guess at this point. Silver lining, interest rates likely to be lower later on.

They didn’t say but doubt FE and I’m okay with that as I’m late to the party. The Exige was my dream car growing up and the Emira is prob the closest I’ve felt about a vehicle.
