I only have approx 40 tracks with no cover art, almost instantly. Annoying that I have to choose the port and it doesn't start from the last track played. I installed a £70/$90 Android in my daily and its better at the music stuff.

I asked the tech and he went to try my USB stick in another Emira and said it wouldn't work, so he clearly didn't notice the USB 1/USB2 . All sorted and working. 👍🏻

How do you do that, it only comes up Media>USB and doesn't recognise anything in the USB A port, but does when I plug USB C into the USB C port.

Fat32. I formatted a usb c stick the exact same and put the same music on and it works fine in the USB c port.

My USB C works but not the older USB port next to it, tech at dealers tried my USB in another Emira and it wouldn't work, even though it works fine in 4 other cars.

I suspect because you have to take the shock apart and they used the tool you can get from GRP to prevent any damage to the steel rod while it's in a vice. Lots of comments criticising them claiming they were damaging the shock, they haven't. Easier to edit it out than continually reply to comments.
