That is a question we have all been asking...it was initially advertised as having ADAS, however, somewhere down the line, that changed. It may be in the I4...we don't know yet. To be clear...we're talking about FE'S only.

You don't have to have ADAS to have the lane change assist, however, that is part of the ADAS package and will not be included on the V6 FE'S. This has been confirmed many times over the last several months. What is unclear is whether the I4 will have ADAS included.

OK...still a way for dealer's to make money for essentially nothing. I clearly must live in a state that allows dealers to keep deposits. Jag dealer got to keep my $5k deposit when I didn't go forward with the F-type I ordered.

It's the dealers' way of potentially getting $15k if you change your mind. It's honestly pretty crappy and clearly not standard practice required by Lotus if some dealers are requiring second deposits and some aren't.

Yes the people who had their deposits down for an FE and didn't make the cut, have transitioned to first right of refusal for the base edition. No dealer knows how many base editions they will get yet. Nobody even knows the pricing. Some people may be waiting a very long time for this car.
