I am speccing Hethel Yellow, so going with black calipers with black center caps (on the Silver Wheels) and black front emblem. Yellow is such a strong color that it's best to just have the body in that color and nothing else.

I live in Georgia, which doesn't require a front plate. In fact, new cars aren't even sold with front plate brackets here. When you register your car here for the first time, you only get ONE plate, not two. I love it.

I'm weirdly the complete opposite. Took me 2 years to decide, order, and then receive delivery of my MY2020 M2 Competition. During those 2 years I was living in NYC, (prior to moving to Georgia) so I just took the subway, bus, or walked. :D

I think for non-FE builds, my guess is you should be able to option anything a la carte. I think it's still way too early though (in terms of knowing anything fully concrete), and a lot of what's being discussed is just speculation.

Good info. Good thing I'm a patient guy because after my initial deposit, I don't expect to hear squat from my Lotus dealer for a long WHILE. I'm not expecting delivery of my Emira until Q1 2023. I think we're all going to have to just sit tight and enjoy what we currently have until then.
