Hmm, that's definitely one thing I love about my M2C. On highways, when I move to the far left to pass traffic, everyone behind me quickly becomes a tiny dot. And I'm barely even really putting that much input into the throttle. Is the Emira really that slow????

Also door panel inserts and seats. :ROFLMAO: I have Alcantara in my M2 Competition (door panel trim, 6MT boot, seat side bolsters, etc) and I try to never touch any of it. It's a PITA to clean.

*shrugs* I mean to each their own. To keep Alcantara looking new requires a ton of effort, and it all depends on the quality of the Alcantara and how the initial fit/finish is. (Porsche does it pretty well, but not everyone does.) Furthermore, you can't just "wipe down" an Alcantara interior...

IMO, Alcantara ages poorly. I'm opting for full leather interior. In just 2-3 years (assuming you're driving it on weekends only, which isn't much) an all-Alcantara interior is going to still look like it's been beaten to hell, even if you're taking care of it.

It's hilarious to me that to this day, there is STILL no confirmed figures for how many 2019-2021 M2 Competition's were actually made, with a breakdown of 6MT vs DCT. I can understand not having fcomcrete figures for planned and current production......but for end of production.....how hard can...

I also opted for it. It fits my Full Black Pack option a lot better, and I tend to like factory tint.

I think an F-Type is way more fun than current 718's or 911's. That car has a lot of character!

Spring 2023 is a possibility. IMO, the rest of 2022 is a wash, and this is for UK customers who would be getting the first deliveries, I imagine. US customers I'm guessing maybe late 2023, if we're lucky.

It's kind of mind boggling - the Emira was unveiled in.............July 6th 2021. We're half way through 2022, and I realistically don't even see actual production cars being delivered until mid to late 2023. What happened?

Ugh, Final MY Esprit V8 in Lotus Yellow (can someone verify if that's the correct name?) is one of my faves.
