What did you do to your Emira today?

the rubber grommets won't stay in as it's fixed on top of the stock pedals. I don't really care as all I was after was a larger surface area so I can do some barefoot driving in the summer without having the stock pedals dig into my feet :p

    Shift Knob Replacement

I had a pretty poor experience. Ordered a shift knob, tow hook, tug tool and go pro mount. First, they said the tug tool was out of stock, then a week or 2 later the tow hook was out of stock. Considering the shipping cost to Australia, it sucks that I couldn't combine items into 1 order to save...

Did the 4k mile oil change, got to see the anodizing on the AERIE Titanium exhaust.

Didn't know they offer a Ti Y-pipe. Website only shows SS options. Keen for sound clips as well? Any fitment / CEL / error codes issues?

    Exhaust Options Index

Never did a dyno so no idea about power change. Also no idea about sound as everything was fitted at once.

    Exhaust Options Index

I've done y-pipe with exhaust, 3rd cat delete with no CEL. The O2 sensors are in the headers so only changing headers will require ECU mods. There isn't a cat in the stock y-pipe (has a sensor as well) so changing to aftermarket y-pipe shouldn't change anything (maybe a bit better flowing as a...

    Valvetronic Exhaust

With race headers, most Ti systems with a 3rd cat delete would sound like this imo. Looking at the design, the airflow with the valves open is similar to the GRP/Aerie systems

    Valvetronic Exhaust

Are the videos with or without the race headers? Wonder what the exhaust alone sounds like?

My dealer was fine with cat delete, exahust, y-pipe, short shifter, transmission mount inserts

    Eventuri development

Asked my dealer about this: "As with any modifications, warranty is voided if a failure is directly linked to it." So the question is what possible failures could result from doing this mod?

DIY - Oil Change Reference for 2GR-FE

From my dealer: Re oil, you can supply your own oil and magnetic plug if you like. However, if anything happens with the engine, Lotus will ask for an oil sample and if it not in their ‘recommended’ list or does not have the approvals, it may not be covered by warranty. Have asked them what...

Emira Lightweight Alloy Forged Wheels by Aerie Performance

No, but you're relying on the experience, testing, R&D performed by major brands (eg: BBS, RAYS etc)

Emira Lightweight Alloy Forged Wheels by Aerie Performance

Assuming this is for the wheels only? What happens if they fail on a track / a large pothole and the car is damaged as a result?
