In fairness whilst I've had quite a few niggles nothing has stopped me driving it and so far lotus and central lotus my dealer have been good to deal with. The length of time this software update has taken though is just unacceptable.

Mostly just locking the car whilst I'm sat in it, leave it 30sec, unlock and then ot starts. I'm still stuck with the eml on the dash from a month ago when it started buy cut out though.

Zero issues in the 5mths it's been on. The biggest threat to the ecu is lotus and their updates 🙄

According to my dealer they have been told to but it seems in true lotus style its a mixed message delivered ineffectively. Surely owners are due some compensation. I've had my car 9mths and it's been back 10 times and I bet its not gone more than a week without a warning light of some sort.

Maybe..... You'd have to REALLY want a less powerful, more expensive, worse sounding same weight car with dreadful auto gearbox to stay in the que! 😄

For the 11th time., And they've had another go at re installing the software. 4 days now and I've not had the non start issue so far. I do however still get the sos warning that I'd not had once in the previous 8mths. Hopefully the fix is coming... SOON....

No doesn't even try to fire, nothing. Sometimes leaves the yellow eml on but not always

Quite interesting. Glad it's not just me struggling 1st to 2nd.

Spoke to my dealer, lotus say they'll be a fix by the end of the year. In the mean time they're going to try a re install then a battery disconnected for 20min

Why are they still doing the update when they know (confirmed by my dealer) that it causes issues? Crazy

Thanks, I believe Scott walker arranged the signatures as an apology as my wife had chased him about the pic for my birthday in May (6/3 collection) and he'd said he'd sort it but couldn't Be good to know that last signature, I could email Scott but feel like I should know!

I used to get the handbrake warning pre update, now for variety it's the SOS warning
