You set them the height you want. They can sit low but the brackets allow adjustment in height. Also seats like the B5, B8 and B9 have straight backs so this raises the head more than a B10, B6 or B7.

One thing to consider is that a hex bolt still comes off easily when it gets worn down. So if you do a Dukes of Hazard over a speed bump, you'll have problems getting button heads off.

I left it on the seat. I just unplugged these two plugs and the small seat belt receptor connector under the side of the cushion cover.

We have made them for our seats. I would think it would be easy enough with the Emira seat as the runners are flat based. Hole centres 420mm by 405 mm wide. I just wrapped mine up and stored them on a shelf, should the car ever be sold to a twenty stone man, or a four foot tall lady.

The OEM seats gave me a bad lower back on the first journey back from Lotus. Since putting the B10XL's in I've driven six hours and never had the slightest problem. If the individual vertebrae do not move independently and don't have pressure points, they don't hurt.

Yes blank is fine. We are doing two red sets at the moment. So we are sending out leather samples to make sure they are a suitable match. Although we had permission to buy the leather, when we asked all they had in stock was the tan. Lotus are not ordering it at the moment.

You can still get the bespoke designer bags in. I did last weekend. It's just a bit of extra faffing about as you have to pull the driver seat forward and go in through the middle. There is always a way if you are a true Lotus enthusiast.:)
