Do you think they make rubber seals to have a closer match to the color of the car or any other good solution? I’m getting Osmium and I’m sure it’ll stand out as you mention.

Anyone up to post some videos in the sunlight so us on the waitlist can lust more on the color scheme. I’d love so see some drive-bys and walk around. It’s my understanding that cameras don’t capture the emotion of the curves and color, but anything helps when you’re waiting 2+ years for a car 😁

Is it easy to remove and put back to OEM in the event there is a warranty issue and you want to bring it in for service?

Thanks for confirming. Makes me more excited that it has the blue! Kinda like an Easter egg within the color - silver looking on its own yet blue/silver next to light colored cars.

Can you confirm if the color has a blue hue to it? I’ve seen a pix on the other thread next to a nimbus and it appeared to have some light blue to it. I’m sure the color changes based on the lighting.

I’m assuming if one would wanna hear the supercharger more they can easily close the valves or put it in tour mode

With the cat delete and valve controller is the supercharger whine still present while windows are down or up?

I’d be curious to hear all the different exhaust setups is an exhaust shootout. I’m debating between a decat and keeping the original muffler or keeping the 3rd cat and getting a Milltek or GRP muffler that is more of a straight-through setup. Can anyone describe the differences of the two?

Has anyone experienced a loss of torque from these straight through exhausts that bypass the mufflers when valves are open? I’ve read back-pressure and scavenging is important for low end torque. Would be nice to see dynos for all the exhaust options.

Given the various issues I’m seeing, curious as to what everyones plan is if you mod the car, I.e. Grp pipe, miltek valve controller, etc. and need to bring the car in for warranty. Any concerns? Leave it as is? Return it to stock?

Saw this picture on the Osmium Silver thread and personally I’d prefer to have the hood and bumper look less separated. Then again, I don’t think I’ve stared at many (if any other cars) as much as this beaut, lol.

Revisiting this as I’m seeing more pictures and we’re all getting our cars soon! Any other ideas to either close the gap or make the seal more subtle? Do they have replacement seals that can match the color? I’m getting silver and some pictures the gap stand out and bother me. Silly I know...

Any downsides to the valve controller that you can think of? Think I read someone had a valve that was stuck and needed to do something to fix it after putting the controller on…guess that could happen with the stock setup as well.

Valve controller question… I noticed on some videos when the Emira revs, the pitch increase on the high end, almost like a trumpet. Is it because of the increased pressure release when the valves open? Its my understanding that even in track mode, the valves are still partially closed? Would...

Do you think adding the yellow decal trim with Lotus lettering on the bottom black pack (picture from another thread) would enhance the looks but keep it classy? Sometimes I feel the lack of badging or logo is missing.

When you measure the db levels for the various setups, can you please measure in Tour mode as well please. Got your decat as well already so I can stare at it for the next year (or however long I have to wait). Love the Tootsie rolls and decal - nice touch!

I agree. Osmium Silver appears to have a bluish tone to it. Nimbus has light hues of brown, similar to the video.
