I'm getting Hethel Yellow but will be getting it fully multi color pattern wrapped so there is always that option if you aren't 100% satisfied or just want a change.

I completely agree with @Green, however he said list 1 and I listed 2 that I feel fit the parameters. He didn't say you had to be able to by them new now. :ROFLMAO: I too have had a Vette and agree with you, there kind of a dime a dozen along with everybody's go to Porsche's, but to me the...

LOL, I carry the pounds too. Currently we have 3 cars, all get 5K miles or less a year as the wife works 2 miles from the house and I work from home and have a company vehicle for days I need to go to the office.

Just been offered a C8……dilemma! Help me decide…

I too can't wrap my head around the looks of the C8, they look cheap to me. My favorite model was the C5, but Vettes to me are Cadilacs that can go really fast not a car that will give you a true driver experience.

We are a multi car family as well, so the wait for me has been more to fill my want than a need. I will most likely drive mine as my daily, but by choice.

Only because it is badged as such. Trust me, I am a Toyota person for sure, a big part of why I am buying the Emira is because it is powered by them, but the Supra was such a let down for me or I would have already bought one.

Now $105k in the USA. I’m not seeing the value

I agree, when you have companies that can churn out 9 to 20+k cars a day, that's some parts buying power.

Now $105k in the USA. I’m not seeing the value

The price hike announcement came after Porsche announced that it had an operating profit of more than $7 billion last year and an 18-percent profit margin. That’s a lot of profit, but according to Meschke, it’s also too low. He would prefer to see a 20-percent profit in the future. Thus the...

My dad was a doctor and the most Luxury car he bought was 1998 Lexus ES300 (which is my current daily until the Emira), and was always blown away with all the nurses and other admin staff just starting their medical careers living in apartments driving cars twice if not more than he drove.

I may have agreed with you back in the day when vehicles were realistically priced. I bought a 2004 fully loaded Toyota 4Runner in Dec 2003 for $28,500 out the door (which I still have), today a similarly equipped 4Runner is MSRP'd at $53,724. Sure there is more gadgetry in the new one, but mine...

Now $105k in the USA. I’m not seeing the value

IMHO this is a car that fills a gap in cars that I personally have been waiting decades to find. Dollar value is what I perceive it to be, not what people say it should be. I am a locked FE 1.0 holder, but would not flinch if I had to pay the new price or even a bit higher. In reality a car is...

    Greeting from Raleigh, NC, USA

I had an 1990 1/2 (early 90 delivery 91) MR2 Turbo and loved that car. Been through many cars since and none have ever felt the same. I have driven the Emira and it will make the perfect replacement and upgrade to that car.

Lolub - I am like you, I fell in love with the car. When I was about 18 I got a 1990 1/2 Toyota MR2 Turbo, I loved that car. If there is only 700 NA FE's and they start production in April with plans to have them all out by December with a 2 month shipping time from factory, that would give them approximately 7 months (April - October) to build 700 cars, about 3.5 cars a day per month. Not counting other cars in...
