The vibration was rectified 6 months ago now. Mine was one of the first Emira’s manufactured and stood for quite a long while. Long story short, it turned out that one of the front tyres had a flat spot hence the vibration I felt in the steering. Swapped new Goodyears and it was perfect.

One thing that prevents the vehicle locking is the boot not closed properly. Try slamming the boot and lock the car again. See if it helps.

I’ve been emailing customer services on a weekly basis for an update to solve these and other issues with my paintwork. So far no solution and very little response, mostly no reply. Absolutely terrible customer services. I don’t know what more I can do.

Don’t recommend having the Emira as a daily driver so keep the car which you most likely use as a daily runaround.

Mine too. Happened once so far non start but my fan does come on when I unlock the car. This happened only after the software update in August. Also have the occasional lumpy starts.

Sometimes I don’t know how the software works tbh. Some Emira’s don’t have these issue such as hill hold or cold start and some do. Why???

Yip agree, fans comes on, wireless Apple CarPlay comes on, unfortunately they don’t prime the engine. The cold start issue is completely random. Most times, it starts first time but very lumpy. Second time is perfect.

Agree, you should be able to hear a whining buzzing noise after you unlocked your car on most push start button cars I’ve owned. Not on the Emira though.

No fix yet. It’s a software issue (there was a software update in August but the cold start issue still persists). The engine starts second time because you’ve primed the engine on the first.

After the latest August updates, a few people have reported the odd SOS warning message when it never happened before.

Yes the black sills and black mirror casing is all plastic. I polished minor scratches out of them many times. I think only the black pack roof is painted. Knock on the black sills and it’s just cheap plastic. That’s the reason why I think PPF the black bits is pointless. It won’t chip.
