Too much throttle at the exit of a corner. Rainy day and Cup2. I know it's going to be slippery but didn't expect it. The ESC in the Emira didn't feel like it was doing anything. I tracked my GR Supra in wet before, and the ESC did a pretty good job saving my ass.

I bought 12mm spacers from GRP. I think 2mm difference would be hardly noticeable by eye

My cars have whole car ppf. During the winter rain season, it's very difficult to keep the car clean for long, so my RS6 goes through the automatic carwash from time to time just to keep it clean for a few days. I'm pondering if I should send the Emira through the carwash, but still worried...

I think although touchless car wash doesn't scratch the paint, stronger chemicals are being used to clean the car. It might shorten the lifespan of the ppf.

Thanks! I did some research into real vs fake oil filter. The ones I got should be good. The counterfeit ones are really poorly made. People should be able to tell the difference very easily.

I bought the oil filters from Amazon (too lazy to go to the Toyota dealer). It was mentioned that they could be counterfeit. Does anyone know how to identify if they are counterfeit or authentic? They look pretty good to me. :unsure:

I had 15% on the side to match the privacy glass and 50% on the front windshield. But I eventually had the front windshield tint removed since the shop messed up multiple times... You can find more references in another thread: To tint or not to tint?

How about loading and unloading bigger items such as carry-on suitcases? I know the trunk doesn't fit, so for me it has to fit behind the seats. Would you still be able to do that with these seats?

But it all depends on what Lotus is able to source from other manufacturers. It will also be a big challenge to fit the hybrid system into the already tight engine bay.

Thanks! I really loved the RS6. It looks and drives great. Plenty of trunk space. Although not the most reliable being the earliest model year.

The thing is Lotus doesn't have its own powertrain. Even if they want to go ICE or hybrid route, what power unit are they gonna use?

I had the same issue. It also comes with shifter cable rattling due to the excessive play in gear 5 and 6.
