Has anybody considered adding a self powered subwoofer? I’m ok with the speakers, and I think adding a Kicker Hideaway 10” behind my seat should make things sound better.
Powercoated the calipers and swapped the pads to EBC red stuff to reduce the brake dust (I wish it wasn’t actually so red but oh well). I think the stock yellow color is too light, almost like neon. This is more like Hethel which I prefer. Also swapping out the centers caps to black.
What do you guys think? Midway through ppf and they finished blacking out the roof but in these pics the mirror caps actually look pretty nice bodycolored.
PPF in progress and they’ve just finished blacking the roof with stek black ppf. The mirrors aren’t done yet and it actually looks pretty cool this way. What do you guys think? Leave it nimbus if just continue to black out?
I filled it up and it went away. Then I let some air out again and drove about 30 miles and the light came back on. I think there’s something funky with just that sensor because it shows nothing now. I have to fill some air in the front passenger tire later.
I agree with this also. I’ve only driven about 70 miles the past 2 days and I can feel my sciatica flaring up. I haven’t played with the adjustments yet so let’s see.
Agree with the braking. Day two of driving and I’ve already gotten used to the modulation and it feels smoother.
The steering and chassis, along with it being my first mid engine car- wow. Can’t believe this is the experience I have been missing all my life. Even during break in, it’s such...
Woah, I was going to do this exact same thing to my nimbus, but decided to just ppf all black instead (like the full black pack.). Do you have any pics further away?
Ahh, I hear ya! I was thinking the k&n will let this thing breathe better which would = more intake noise, whether or not that’s a good thing. I’m done chasing HP, did that with my Subaru and it’s at a very healthy number now.
That’s great to know! i saw these from GRP and it looks like it’s quiet and low dust.
