I wasn't saying it was right, I totally agree with what is being said here, they look completely wrong how they are being fitted, was just saying it had been queried on collection as I was confused about it too...

When collecting my car I actually queried the twisted seat belt issue with Scott at the time (and said it had already been discussed at length on the forums) and he said it was supposed to be like that.......

If they are still using Elliot from https://www.detailyoureyecandy.co.uk/ to do the factory PPF then I would highly recommend him as his work is very good quality - I got him to do mine, directly rather than through Lotus and he did a fantastic job.

Yes purposefully as that was the one I bought - the 0.2m was too short, shame that the USB port is on the drivers side of the mirror rather than the passenger side if not it would be perfect

Stripe are the payment provider Lotus use to process the final payments etc. And they also use them to do the identity verification just before you do final payment. The official email looks like below (or at least it did for me when I did it)

No it is not true, initially Lotus were saying so but then later had to correct themselves - it is all covered on another post somewhere

Mystery solved, it is indeed as @KJD said. The detailer Elliot found it in back of car when hoovering after doing my PPF / ceramic recently and put in on my passenger seat but forgot to tell me. He had checked and all my clips on bonnet were in place so it must be a spare! as @FederGigant says...

Agreed, yes it has the tracker fitted, but apparently even without the tracker it is because it has so many different electrical systems which are running in the background (I think off top of my head Scott said 46 or similar - may have got that figure totally wrong) which all drain the battery...
