Am I an idiot if I skip PPF?

That and Meridian Blue seem like the hardest to maintain colors. Touch ups are going to stick out like a sore thumb.

    What color would you Wrap?

Man, guess I'm not the only one with the idea! That color looks absolutely fantastic. I'm already conflicted between Meridian Blue or Nimbus Grey. This would make me wonder if wrapping the car as well could be a nice change up for something different.

Why would you buy a new Emira in the UK?

I'm US based so we haven't really seen the Emira's hit the used market yet, however, I think my reasoning may be similar to others. To me, I'm enamored by the Emira and even have a specific spec layout for it. Although I traditionally tend to be a deal hunter, I'd need to find both similar spec...

    What color would you Wrap?

If I could find a wrap that was similar to BMW G80 M3's green, I'd love to do that. A slight deviation, but I actually think orange calipers or highlighter yellow calipers on a dark blue like Meridian Blue would be nice.

Am I an idiot if I skip PPF?

Frankly, I'm enamored by the Emira and am a relatively paranoid/OCD person. Although I plan to really daily drive it, paint chips would hurt my heart. By honestly, you may be right, may just learn how to properly take care of it better since I plan to long haul the Emira.

Nimbus Grey Lotus Emira Photo Thread

From all the post Meridian Blue and Nimbus Grey seem to be the most responsive to shifting under lighting conditions. Frankly looking at Nimbus in person sold me on it given how subtle and beautiful of a gold color it looks even in a darker garage.

    Floor mat lugs

Definitely hoping they make all-season weather mats especially ones that go behind the pedal like weather tech.

Garage dollies for off season storage

Interesting, I'm going to have to check this out later then and see if we have the same brand or same problem. We've been using them for 3 years and haven't had any issues so far with various cars. Thanks for the info

Garage dollies for off season storage

In our case. the Jaguar F-type has 20 x 10.5" rear rims and we've had no problems. Though I need to check the tire size itself. I will admit though, it's pretty close to the limit for size constraints at that size, so maybe the Emira's 20 x 11" will be too close for comfort. Still, I think...

Garage dollies for off season storage

I don't remember if my dad has this exact brand, but we store his F-type on these and push it into the garage during winter time. To that extent, we've never had major issues, however, if you do get them, be careful with the foot pump, as it can rub/scratch paint or the rims. Hasn't happened to...

Am I an idiot if I skip PPF?

I came in initially hesitant and now am sold to do a full PPF. You guys are really great salesmen! Hope none of us will really have to test the limits of PPF.

    USA/Canada Delivery Thread

That's actually really interesting but to hear. I was anticipating 6 months before all orders are filled.

    Emira insurance in the US

Just another data point for everyone. In Michigan, progressive quoted me $273.33/month for $1,000 deductible. Hopefully can find better, but Michigan tends to be expensive.
