Are rear Emira OEM wheels really ET54mm??

Yes, exactly the same. It pushes the fronts out 12mm and the rears 15mm (on a V6) on the outside face of the rim. However with ET64 instead of ET54, the rears are pushed out 25mm reference to standard wheels, which is too much. It looks silly and will rub.

I did same specs as you exactly. 9” on front, 11 on rear

    200 Miles Per Tank?

After a track session, you can see some crazy low values on a tank for sure. My I4 was slightly more than that after a track session plus fill up, but not much more. The I4 does better on fuel and does well in a run, but it drinks plenty if you actually use remotely use the power on the road.

What did you do to your Emira today?

I was debating between the bronze and champagne gold. Now I have the bronze, I think you made a better choice :ROFLMAO: but seriously, I need some time to get used to it. Finding out the offset was wrong, didn’t put me in a great place  Grass is always greener, etc etc

What did you do to your Emira today?

It’s taken inside, so yeah, looks dark. Colour isn’t a big deal, I can change that later, no rush.

What did you do to your Emira today?

The offset on the rear wheels aren’t right unfortunately (Turbo OEM rear are ET64, not ET54). Probably not so obvious in this picture, from this view, but they poke out too much. The wheels are good otherwise. Not so sure about the bronze colour, when fitted to my Osmium Silver car, maybe...

    Brakes squeaking after 5,000 miles

Mine can squeak a little at very low speeds, more so since I went with Endless pads (but they did it slightly on OEM pads too). It isn’t a big issue for me personally, but I can understand it could be annoying. I am talking a fairly quiet squeak, it’s not very loud and it’s when almost at a stop.

Are rear Emira OEM wheels really ET54mm??

I copied your specs, just another colour. Wasn’t aware yours is also a Turbo. Have your set already shipped?

What did you do to your Emira today?

That’s good to hear (y) Could be a lot worse. The wheels aren’t in Europe or USA and are totally fine for a V6 Emira. Changing the colour in the factory is a minor cost, so worst case it’s a small rework on 2 wheels. Far from the end of the world as a seller. Better to find out sooner than...

Are rear Emira OEM wheels really ET54mm??

It is actually marked, but it’s not exactly obvious. I looked yesterday and didn’t notice. Most information is stamped quite clearly, but wheel specs are stamped very lightly, can just about make out ET64. Measured OEM rim width and hub to rim. 209-(291/2)=63.5mm by my measurement, but hub was...

Are rear Emira OEM wheels really ET54mm??

I’m in China and have better things to do than take a hit and deal with that shit. The Lotus specialist supplier that is also in China is better positioned to find a customer for some V6 spec wheels than I am.

What did you do to your Emira today?

Found out today that the rear OEM wheels on the Emira Turbo are ET64 not ET54 as stated everywhere (including the suppliers website/product listing @Aerie ). So the rear wheels stick out 10mm more than they should have and basically look ridiculous. Found this out after the tyres, new TPMS and...

Are rear Emira OEM wheels really ET54mm??

I looked today, couldn’t see an ET value stated. I was looking when I realised something wasn’t right and was trying to figure out what the issue might be. Will take a picture tomorrow. That will teach me to trust information that is stated everywhere on the internet, from the supplier and this...

I ain’t getting into that. The supplier provided wrong data
  23. lynchy73

Are rear Emira OEM wheels really ET54mm??

That’s the info provided by the supplier, listed on their website and they sell plenty of I4 parts. Zero mention of I4/V6 specific values on the rear wheels

Are rear Emira OEM wheels really ET54mm??

Cool, but it ain’t that funny

Are rear Emira OEM wheels really ET54mm??

You talk like it’s common knowledge the rear wheel offset is different on the I4 version. Show me where that is stated anywhere? I’m aware the rear subframe is different, that doesn’t automatically mean the rear wheels will also have a different offset.
  26. lynchy73

Are rear Emira OEM wheels really ET54mm??

Yes an I4. First I ever heard of it too. I measured it with a tape measure. It wasn’t a perfect measurement, but I came up with about ET62, which is why I asked. The new wheels are about what was ordered. Point is, the order was based on wrong data (10mm wrong) and it was already quite...

Are rear Emira OEM wheels really ET54mm??

These are the alignments when you start with ET64 (minus 12 for spacers). Poking out 13mm more than before.

I did and no it doesn’t fix it. It looks shit. As the info is out by 10mm, that lines up with what I have observed

Are rear Emira OEM wheels really ET54mm??

That’s what i figured, the info is wrong. I estimated about 62mm on the rear
  31. lynchy73

Are rear Emira OEM wheels really ET54mm??

Yes, but that was all taken into account when the wheels were spec’d. Including spacers, I should have rears pushed out 3mm reference where I was

Are rear Emira OEM wheels really ET54mm??

I got the follow information regards the OEM wheels: Front: 8.5x20 ET 57 Rear: 10.5x20 ET 54 is this correct? I was running 12mm spacers, so that means an effective ET45 on front and ET42 on rear. Spec’d new custom wheels based on the above, but new rears are poking out way more than they...

    Emira i4 with 509hp/633Nm

Can clear the codes with an OBD tool, but in my experience, they come back. The milltek should prevent new codes being thrown, at least that’s what I’m told. Not fitted mine yet, will pick it up when I next visit the UK.

    Emira i4 with 509hp/633Nm

To calibrate it, you’ll need to go to Lotus. However, the Milltek valve control may solve the issue, as it will avoid the ECU getting any more errors. You should also be able to clear the CEL with an OBD tool.

What did you do to your Emira today?

Getting my Aerie rims ceramic coated. Ti Stud kit is ready and waiting for the new light wheels (1/2” wider than standard, with aggressive offset). No more spacers, so less unsprung weight.
