A topic for another thread… but the point I was trying to make is that polishing down orange peel, scratches and even swirl marks makes the clear coat thinner and thinner, until it is eventually gone. Removing orange peel would likely remove most of the clear coat.

No proper detailer should remove orange peel. You just want to remove swirls and minor scratches.

Look into Adams Advanced Graphene Ceramic Coating. I plan to coat it myself after decontaminating the paint first. Side note: Still waiting for the car! I actually have both the 60ml concentrated version and the spray coating. Haven’t used either yet. Don’t get into the 5/7/9 year hype...

I believe all Evora GT’s had PPF done before they arrived at dealerships and the cost was bundled into the MSRP. Panel coverage was very similar to Package 1, minus door handles and gas cap. Mine is holding up just fine after 3 years. Installation is a template cut and edges are not wrapped.

I believe wide angle lens have a tendency to stretch out the sides, making things wider than they actually are.

Yes, the factory privacy glass on cars is around 20%. Most tint shops will easily install 20% on the front windows. Due to the rather large windshield on the Emira, 20% on the front windows is not going to look that dark or illegal.

It looks very similar to the one that came with Evoras. There is a little cap at the end of this cable that comes off and allows you to connect it to the cable from the charger.
