That's incorrect. For a 2025 model year it must be made by January 2024. Porsche does its MY change in August.. So 2024s have been rolling off the line for a while now. Lotus already confirmed that USA FE is a 2024 MY Ugh... edit. Ignore my reply above. Misread your reply. You are correct. I...

How so? Because it's mid-engined proportioned? Design language is totally different IMHO. I see more Porsche Mission X.

Any ParkPlace/Bellevue FE1 deposit holders successfully cancel your order and get a refund?

Which is why I will more than likely just take delivery and then sell it right away for what I paid. Zero intention attempting to flip it for a profit. I have since moved on. I don't want to disclose any more as I fear dealer retaliation... further delays.

Any ParkPlace/Bellevue FE1 deposit holders successfully cancel your order and get a refund?

Delivery was only indicated as expected delivery via email from my Sales Associate. There was no further contract beyond the above terms.

Here's the thing... you broke your end of the contract by not delivering the car when stated (more than once!). I'm a first batch depositor from launch debut. I have wasted so much time waiting... Car was initially to be delivered in Spring of 2022... then delayed to Fall of 2022... then delayed...

I wouldn't count a fully loaded base to be cheaper than a FE. Typically the opposite. It's the whole point of the package.

The 7 FE1's might be a fresh batch of Tour cars? IIRC non-US Spec non-certified cars have a time limit on how long they can be on USA soil. 🤷🏻‍♂️

I think everyone is misunderstanding this. The reflector blade is still there and it's still orange. There is only a single led light at the top of the blade that illuminates it at night.

Interesting... is it not the blade reflector in the Configurator? Or is it that, but the light is only at the top of the blade reflector?

Any ParkPlace/Bellevue FE1 deposit holders successfully cancel your order and get a refund?

I know their contract states non refundable after the second deposit, but they have not fulfilled their end by supplying the actual car within the timeframe quoted (multiple times). I called a few months ago inquiring, but they said that all deposits are nonrefundable. Not sure legally how that...

I track Porsche cars as well... each document has an approval date. Subtract the time... roughly 10-14 days give or take. If nothing post within the next 10 days, I would say it is just a bad rumor.
