This isn't true. My dealer informed me that their cars have arrived, they have VINs and are at the Baltimore port. Theirs (CARB) will be released once approved.

So my dealer informed me that I have a VIN and my car should be arriving soon if not already into Baltimore. Another interesting note... they claim that Lotus will be holding all CARB requiring states to be held at Baltimore until CARB has been given... then they will be released for dealer...

Maybe... but you must also account for the fact that not all dealers receive the same amount of allocations. The April 2024 allocation Im sure is for the I4 not V6. Also when in 2021 did you submit your deposit? Which dealer? Or the size of the dealer? My dealer only had 40 FE's and roughly 40...
