yikes, even bad installers wouldn't leave edges lifting like that -- removal and refund for sure but I'd be extremely weary of the same installer removing it as to not damage any of the paint. Wonder if it's out of the question to have original installer pay for removal from new shop... Seems...

PPF is what they say a "sacrificial layer" and it's a choice to either wait until it takes more damage before replacing or cough up the $ for a re-wrap each time. Honestly from my experience (4 daily cars with PPF) most of the "self healing" is overstated... light scratches and maybe some scuff...

JQ Werks make different paddle styles for their Porsche versions; hopefully they will create different ones for Emira. Though having the "click" will be staisfying, the look of the paddle just seems too aftermarket.

I don't have my Emira yet, but I have dealt with extended warranty purchase for my previous cars (Audi). It was between safe-guard and more well known fidelity (often re-branded under manufacturer's name). IIRC at the time, purchasing safe-guard was retroactive from the original in-service date...

I would assume FE2 slots. If I'm not mistaken, the San Diego Lotus dealership just recently opened for business to take orders. I think within a past few months? It had been an Aston Martin dealership mainly.

Just heard from the San Diego dealer April/May deposits for FE V6 autos are getting confirmation to enter production in July, and corporate is asking to deposit $5k more for those that paid the original $2500 deposit.

Yikes, that is pretty bad. The film isn't even cut close to the vent. As much as I hate the idea of taking things apart... man must see how to safely be able to drop that vent to wrap the paint. It would then make sense to wrap the shiny bits too rather than only ceramic coating it.
