Huh? There are no strut towers in this car period. Change the coilover with the car on the lift from the wheel well, just like with the Elise. It's easier than with my Porsche where you have to access both the top and the bottom of the car.

Lotus doesn't test at the Ring and consequently the cars really aren't set up for the Ring either. That said, the AMS Supertest of the Lotus Evora 400 resulted in a time of 7:59 on PSS tires (so not Cup 2s).

Throwing this out there, but the solution might have been to hinge the lid at the windshield side, like a normal bonnet. As it is, the seal was added after the fact. A windshield side hinge might make it harder to access what is beneath the bonnet, depending on the design.
