Maybe I’m outspoken on this but I absolutely love the rear. When I first saw the Emira I thought to myself how classy it looked compared to many current supercar rear-ends. Love that you can see in to the tires too.

The Emira is the spiritual successor to the Gen 1 NSX. I've thought this for a long time.

Not to worry. I'm definitely frustrated with the lack of solid info too. I think we can say reliably that the info we're getting from Lotus Vancouver in terms of numbers is bogus. The best info I've found is that nearly 1 out of every 4 supercars in Canada , and 1 out of every 3 classic cars...

Yeah. I'm in the Point Grey area and I see supercars every day. I don't even look twice anymore. Lamborghini Uruses buzz past en masse every morning on their way to UBC. $100k+ German or English SUVs are very much the norm on the west side.

I think people may be underestimating the luxury car market in Vancouver somewhat. Still, I think that Lotus Vancouver may not be getting as many cars as they have suggested.

Sounds like Lotus Vancouver is on top of things. I have little doubt Vancouver has the most deposits, given the weather and its reputation for being the supercar capital of the country (continent?).

I had the same impression when I saw the car at the British Car Show at VanDusen last weekend. Car is aggressive and wrapped like a jet fighter. Good size too. Much better looking in person than in photos.

Wow, thanks for the info. That's a substantial allocation for Vancouver. Would ~75 vehicles not account for almost half the total Canadian allocations per year?

Absolutely, yes. According to Lotus Vancouver the FE 2.0 both exists and will be coming to its customers in the future. I’ve got it in writing. :)

Lotus Vancouver told me I should be able to get into a FE 2.0 about a month ago. They anticipated the first cars to arrive in Q4 2023. I am a 2021 deposit holder.
