The charger was listed on the sticker as an included item in the US. Mine was shipped about a month after I picked up the car. Check your original sticker and see if it's there. It does seem to vary by geography.

I haven't had any quality control issues with my car but it was a recent build. Based upon the polls I've seen on the Lotus various forums, the problems cars are in the minority although there have been issues. I think it's a good time to buy an Emira.

You’ll get a different tone if you add the full GRP exhaust and reduce weight as well. The 3rd cat delete with valve controller makes a huge difference at a minimal cost. Both good alternatives.

That's all you need to get the sound. Jury is still out on whether there are any power gains to be had with a full cat back exhaust but I doubt it. If there were gains to be had, the manufacturers wouldn't be keeping the good news a secret. If you want power gains, you'd likely need headers...
