Thinking about a trip to the alps in the Emira in January if I have it by then. Some years ago I took the Elise and it was impossible to control on snow, but the Emira should be ok since it has traction control and is heavier. Is that correct?

Just for balance, the silver wheels are perfect with Hethel Yellow. Black wheels are just fashionable.

this is great - I was a little concerned that the yellow callipers would look weird against Hethel yellow - but Lotus Logo Yellow is great - the badge would look bad if the two colours didn't sit well together.

I'd not thought of having them colour matched - good idea. I've specced yellow.

Wow, what a beautiful film! It won't date, and I think the Emira is honoured by it. The car is shown epically, on a deeply respectful road trip through the landscape it was built for. The nuances of the driving experience are described eloquently and back up everything that we know and love...

thanks! I think Chrome orange works better on the Elise because it's a little more toy-like, so I'm feeling very satisfied with my choice of yellow for the Emira.

this colour was incredibly beautiful at Goodwood, but photos don't pick up the subtle flip in the paint.

The Emira is 5mm narrower, 162mm longer and 55mm taller. just checking🤓

II'll be there Friday and Sunday - but trying NOT to see the Emira - I want my home delivery to be the first time I see one.
