421bhp. Easy 500bhp with just a software remap. I think the Emira engine layout makes cooling a challenge.

I don't believe the Emira ECU has been cracked. So the ECU needs to be replaced, or a 'tuning box' put in line to fake readings to trick the car into over performing (never liked this method and prefer a proper software re-map). Cars that see sizeable gains from just software and no hardware...

I think in part it's the two decimal places. If it rounded to one, you would be less aware of any differences. For example I might see 2.47 and 2.54 shown on the display. But in other cars you would see 2.5 for both.

That's quite a catastrophic failure of the hose. It does look like a failure of the hose, rather than an assembly error (which would show by a hose coming loose for example). 17K is quite a high mileage for an Emira. Many will be out of warranty when they hit this figure. Hopefully it's a rare...

Reading above I think it is just power/torque delivery through the rev range. On the 718 you can put your foot down midway through the rev range and get that sudden torque rush. The Emira needs to be worked and kept at the top of the rev range (which is also part of the fun!).

It was always 5 years. That was both published on the website, and the information dealers were provided. It seems they quietly changed it to 3 years and hoped nobody would notice. Speaks volumes about their confidence in the paint quality, and how much it's costing them to fix the issues...

I think this is it. It's not related to vehicle speed, but the engine somehow. It's there at lower speeds. If it makes any difference mine has also had the doors replaced for paint blistering.

I'm surprised to see it go over 400bhp. Surely it's not actually measuring the power, but just following a software algorithm (throttle position, RPM, gear values = X power) If you modify the car, even substantially, I doubt these calculated values will change at all.

This is a good description of what I'm experiencing. It's just brief when you suddenly apply a lot of power, continued acceleration and it tracks straight. I'm noticing it less now, I think subconsciously I apply a small amount of opposite steering when I boot it.
