Isn’t the subframe the same one (at least mostly) that’s used in the Evora as it used the same engine and suspension geometry (again mostly) which was produced in the same factory ? If so the Evora subframe is supposed to be a good indication

It’s kind of your dealers job to find what’s wrong with the car and report to Lotus you know that right ? No automaker can know what’s wrong with the car without dealers diagnostic.

As I live in Tuscany unfortunately the road to my house consists of ~500 meters of gravel road (will be paved i want my cars clean 😖), I have done ~1.8km so far* and there is no visible sign of stone chip/scratches on the black trim (or paint). Time will tell but so far so good.

IMO they’re waiting to resolve most of the issues before delivering cars to the US as the dealer network isn’t great to say the least. That’s just my guess though, some clarity would be nice.

Yeah definitely 100% normal to have drain holes in doors, all cars have it, but as others have said it’s a bit weird it only drains when the door is open. Maybe check that the drain hole isn’t partly blocked by something when it’s closed.

Much more reasonable price compared to komotec (half the price!), i think I’ll order one as well (and plan a 3rd cat delete)

@shaank doesn’t it sound like the problems you are having ? (from what I can recall your loom was replaced due to corrosion, might be the box itself which spread to the loom or vice versa) Might be worth looking into it.

idk it sound like the dealer is to blame, if the dealer told HQ they have the parts (HQ should also know where parts are sent) and to you as well then what did the dealer do with those parts ? Either the dealer lied in the first place or they gave it to a different customer hoping another one...

I love the M2, I miss it!, had one for 2.5 years until some lady decided not to stop at a stop sign and totaled mine (I was fine) ☹️ Wanted to replace it with the emira but ended up getting an 8Y RS3, a year later I received my Emira. I’ll buy another M2 some day!

From what I can tell it seems your upper part of the bumper isn’t secured in place, maybe you could open the front compartment and be able to have a look, I’d assume that’s also the way to remove and install the bumper might save you a trip to the dealer
