Glad to report steering noises have been resolved completely, the steering pump was changes which resolved the problem in my car (due to worn/bad seal which lead to a small oil leak and later starvation). Also got the windshield wipers + pillars changed for the recall and got all the software...

For the first year of ownership or so I didnt have this problem but it did it every time for the past 2/4 months, just picked up my car after it got all the system updates + service, for now it seems it has been resolved. I’ll update if it isn’t.

Exactly as stated above, it really changes with different lighting, added few examples where you can really notice the deference (sunset, mid day, parking with LED lighting)
