8000 miles since March 24 delivery. Occasional rattle under the hood, which could be the bonnet stick. Dealer is going to take a look when I have 10k service. Other than that minor issue, what a luxurious, responsive car!!! The 3 year wait was long, but worth it!

I’ve cracked my windshield twice. My dealer quoted $4k. Never had this problem with my Cayman. It’s had rock hits without damage. I wonder if Lotus is aware of this vulnerability. The car has been nothing less than amazing, with this one exception.

Would like to meet up with other owners in near future. My car has 1500 miles and loving it! There is a doffeeence in feel after you drive awhile. In London for a week and have not seen an Emira. Ferraris, McClarens and a sprinkling of Porsches.

I feel for you and the dealer. My Emira is driving extremely well, even more so after the initial break-in. Its performance characteristics are refreshingly different from other sports cars I've owned. Wishing the same outcome for you.

Has the wind noise on driver window resolved? If yes, what was the fix? My driver side window has low volume noise over 60mph originating in front corner near mirror. When washing the car a very small amount of water finds its way into the seal...verifying the location of wind noise.

I struggled with this too. My 2006 porsche had 1st gen film on the nose and it was obvious by its seams, not very protective and difficult to remove. I looked at xpel and suntek and chose suntek due to lesser price and 10 yr warranty. I did the front end and mirrors for $2k tax included...

I PPFd the front and mirrors. Tech did a great, seamless job! Obviously they prepped it well before draping the film. Now the bad news. It made the appearance of the rest of the car look a little dull by comparison. The extended period of time the car was in transit or repeatedly cleaned...

Will be driving mine in late Spring/early Summer on million dollar highway 4 corners. Probably drive over the hill to front range too. Should be fun and hopefully trouble free. My biggest concern is parking in an open lot while overnighting at hotel in suburbs of Denver.

A video from Naples FL dealership shows receipt of 48 Emiras. Appears most are Hethel or Senecca Blue FE. I don't mind being an outlier. Red Interior is a departure for me...glad I spec'd it . It looks beautiful.
