Wow! That Vivid Red FE 2.0 towards the end looks like my exact spec, but I haven’t had any call/email from Daniel yet (I last checked in with him a few weeks ago). Maybe someone else ordered one just like mine? I’ll have to reach out to Daniel to get the latest news. Exciting times, though...

In Las Vegas for CES conference and saw that the Lotus dealer is a short walk from Aria hotel. So I took a stroll over and was delighted to find a gorgeous Atlantis Blue Emira in their showroom. Some lucky buyer (on here?) will be driving this one home soon. It really is a nice color in person.

Sounds like you and I are in the same FE 2.0 batch in Charlotte. Given the recent news about FE 2.0 cars on boats, I’m asking Santa for an early delivery miracle. Hey, it can’t hurt! 😀

Wow - 23 and buying an Emira - that’s pretty awesome! When I was 23 I had a ‘72 VW Beetle that I bought for $600 and a ‘78 Dodge van that I bought for $500. I’m beyond thrilled to be now getting an Emira at 55 (maybe 56…). Congrats on getting there 32 years ahead of me! 😀

6’3” and I found it very comfortable on test drive. Also drove on track in Hethel with helmet on and no issue with headroom at all. I am in the thinner, longer leg category FWIW.

Thanks for sharing these photos. My 2 big takeaways: 1. The Emira totally holds its own in design amongst the supercars. 2. The Countach is still a mind blowing design nearly 50(!) years later and looks like it could have been designed yesterday.
