Good news!, my deposit was the day after yours so hopefully not to long now. However I have just spoken to customer care and mine has dropped back from January build to February, they expect delivery in March which would actually suit me. However this is still only currently estimated...

Yes that's true, but reading between the lines on this and other threads and sources, I'm pretty certain there will be a further delay..................

Mine was meant to be a January build as well, my original protect and enhance email was just over a month ago as well so not sure why I got a second

I called today and customer service indicated the same to me initially. When I delved deeper she went on to indicate that there were probably more delays but didn't know if it would effect me!. Finally said that they would let me know in the next few weeks whether I was February delivery or if...

Excellent, I've ordered the Seneca without Black Pack, first proper pictures I've seen of this spec and I'm well chuffed, I think it shows off the beautiful lines in a better way!!....... This is of course personal view!! ;)

Did a test drive this morning at Lotus Essex (Colchester) Touring suspension. 45 minutes on country lanes, open roads and dual carraigeway. It was FAB, will be worth waiting for. I've read many comments on here about all aspects of the car, good and bad. All I can say from my side is it ticked...

I've just come back from a test drive and they said there is a setting to make this permenant which was the case with the Colchester car. Didn't bother asking how at this stage but suspect it is in the settings menu.

I popped into Colchester on the way home tonight and they said they are already pretty well booked up to year end

OK that's interesting, I was told months ago I was probably in the first 500 (deposit 8 July Goodwood) So if they manage to get a couple hundred out a month I should be late Feb or March, which would actually suit me. However it would be good to know!!

It seems from reading these posts that the checkout call still does not confirm the delivery date. Is everyting locked in after checkout including the 'extras' and payment method?. Additionally has there been any indication of when final payment will be needed before delivery?.
