Somebody's going to have to develop "artificial paint blister wrap" to make it look authentic.

The mesh part of the lower rear bumper (including parking sensors and exhaust tips) is just glued into the gloss black trim. Once this bond is broken, you will need to find a way to reattach the whole thing, or get a new assembly and have it painted...
